From July 9 to 11, Focusfreda underwent an on-site audit for the three-year re-certification of the national standard GB/T 29490-2023 "Enterprise Intellectual Property Compliance Management System." Conducted by Zhonggui (Beijing) Certification Co., Ltd., the audit team performed a comprehensive and multidimensional evaluation through document review, on-site inquiries, and business process verification. Leveraging robust management foundations and standardized operational practices, Focusfreda successfully passed the audit, achieving a smooth transition between the old and new standards. This re-certification signifies renewed authoritative recognition of the company's intellectual property standardization and compliance levels, providing solid support for sustaining innovation vitality and strengthening competitive advantages.
This audit covered key departments including management, R&D, administration, production, materials, marketing, and quality control. The audit experts conducted thorough evaluations across the entire intellectual property lifecycle – from creation and acquisition to maintenance, utilization, and risk prevention – and fully affirmed the effectiveness of Focusfreda's intellectual property system. They concluded that the company maintains robust management systems, well-implemented processes, seamless interdepartmental collaboration, and a stable, efficient operational framework, which fully complies with all requirements of the updated national standard, and unanimously approved the re-certification.
Since completing its first intellectual property standardization process in 2020, Focusfreda has consistently optimized its management system throughout the three-year certification cycle. The company established a dedicated project department as its independent IP management unit and implemented comprehensive standardized management protocols.
