2007

2012

In March, Shandong Focuschem Biotech Co.,Ltd. was formally established.

2017

In April, the company successfully completed the shareholding reform and officially changed its name to Shandong Focuschem Biotech Co.,Ltd. In August, the first core employee equity incentive was completed. In September, it was identified as Jining Functional Polysaccharide Engineering Laboratory. In November, it was identified as Jining Biopolysaccharide Engineering Technology Research Center. In December, it was identified as a "national high-tech enterprise".

2018

In May, the company completed the A round of financing of 25 million, and took the company's first step towards capitalization. In September, the Health Food Department was established. 2019

2020

In March, Focus Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. launched a new production line of disposable medical masks to help global epidemic prevention and control. In April, the technological research on the high-yield sodium hyaluronate of Streptococcus zooepidemicus and the key preparation technology of the natural extract Tremella polysaccharide were rated as the international advanced level by the Shandong Fermentation Industry Association, and won the second prize for technological innovation in Shandong Province. 2021
