Sodium Hyaluronate Molecular Fragment Complete Structure
At present, the main production method of oligomeric sodium hyaluronate is chemical degradation method. The reaction conditions of chemical degradation method are severe, which will cause the destruction of part of the molecular structure of sodium hyaluronate. The HyaoligoTM sodium hyaluronate produced by the enzyme digestion method has mild reaction conditions, and the molecular weight fragments obtained by degradation are complete in structure.

The above infrared spectrum indicates that HyaoligoTM prepared by enzyme digestion method Sodium hyaluronate is consistent with the standard map of the European Pharmacopoeia, while the oligomeric hyaluronate prepared by chemical degradation method has a wavenumber of 1600cm-1-100cm-1, which is quite different from the standard map of the European Pharmacopoeia. It shows that the structure of oligomeric hyaluronate rock prepared by chemical degradation method is destroyed, while the structure of HyaoligoTM sodium hyaluronate prepared by enzyme digestion method is intact.
Low molecular weight for easier transdermal absorption
HyaoligoTM sodium hyaluronate has a molecular weight of less than 10kDa, an average size of less than 25nm, and a cell gap of about 40-50nm. Compared with ordinary molecular weight hyaluronic acid, it is easier to penetrate deep into the skin.
